Jaycaz1's outrage, synopsis and explanations

I am posting this on my iphone at 3am so do expect some mistaken spellings.

So today Jay decided to lash out at me for promoting only friends to helpers. The fact is, I am friends with a lot of people, from surferguy to GameplayerHD to xert77. He also said to give strangers a chance at helper, which I partially agree because to me, strangers become friends really fast. If they perform well, are obedient and well-behaved. They easily earn my liking.

Then he said to stop associating with youtubers and giving them helper. Which would've made me laugh if it wasnt happening at 2.30am. Since when was the helpers youtubers? Yes they have yt channel but they either do not upload or rarely upload. Which theory once I punctured, he still insists he is correct.

Then he brings up Maddie who as we all know has been inactive for some time but recently came back. Started calling her pics fake and told me off for not demoting her. That was the last straw, I view Maddie as a sister. Ok he brings up valid points like her eye colour changing but he refused to accept to even consider my theory of contact lenses and insists on photoshop. As a result I tempbanned him for 14 days but later reduced to 3 due to Gumbo, Speedy and Bunkham advising me and I was getting irrational because of the time.

Now the explanation, most people became my friends almost as soon as we strike up conversation. So his theory of only promoting friends does hold some ground. But since I make friends so quickly, of course I promote almost 100% friends. He then suggested promoting strangers as well. Which once again, does hold some ground, SOME. I do believe in giving people chances, if the strangers have a good reputation then of course I dont mind considering, such an example is found in nb1299. But it was only after some observation time did I promote her.

He also doesn't want me to record with my staff friends. Which is downright a crazy thought. I record my videos with my staffs and they choose to record or not, I never forced them to do it. If I don't record with them, maybe I should gather some inanimate objects and record with them? Oh yea let's grab that dictionary and play a game together and try not to look like a complete lunatic. First off, it's my YT channel, and I record with whoever willing to volunteer. I do not force them into anything. Also I record with people who I eventually promote because they have earned my trust to allow them to rec with me and being a helper.

He also said I am gonna promote ATFKinky which I swear he is psychic. Yes ATF wasn't here for long but I knew him for some time now, he is in a Cs: source clan for several years now and ranks pretty high as an admin or equal. Furthermore, he is a year older than me and I am 22. So by making him helper, I can learn some from him and vice versa. And he is a really nice guy.

Then the issue of EndSlash arises, Jaycaz thought I promoted him because he is Ultra's brother. Which is true, but I observed them for some time and saw that they work really well together so that risk I took was worth it. Today Endslash is well-liked. And tbh, i didnt know End very well until i promoted him. We talked and became friends before promotion but never really got in-depth until post-promotion.

I might've missed something so stay tuned for part 2, MIGHT. As a final note to Jay. I knew you for a long time and we became good friends, I understand your impatience to know the helper result, or something entirely different altogether. But please keep an open mind and don't be so insistent on your points that you don't absorb any of mine. The ban was not entirely out of anger, it is to give you time to cool down and think things through, and for me too for the same purposes. You were a great friend and I do not hope that you are turning on me, I wish we can still be friends and also, do not talk bad about Maddie or any other staffs. If you have any issues about them, ask me or them, nicely and we will answer you. Post on our walls. Don't try to talk behind our backs, step forward and voice your dissatisfaction but keep an open mind as you do so. To accept reasons and explanations instead of insisting on your own opinions. As a last resort, I am up to voice chatting on skype too if you need be.
